| Defective products: |
- All defective products must be returned within 15 days after the delivery.
- We will replace any defective products with new one.
- Defective products will be replaced with the same product.
- No Exchanges will be entertained for a different product.

When disks are at fault another DVD of same title will be replaced. All items to be returned must be sent to Us by mail with tracking option/ Certified to the following address to guarantee your return and delivery, stating your name, address and proof of purchase: |

- Any unopened products may be returned for a refund.
- Shipping charges and one dollar restocking fee per item will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.

- If a product is damaged in the transit it is your responsibility to claim insurance from the carrier and we do not issue any refunds for that kind of damage.
- For international shipment, we do not provide you with any tracking number as the $5.00 option is for USPS only, if you need a tracking option please email us and get a confirmation if such a service is available to your country or not.
